What a wonderful turnout on Friday July 9, 2010 at A New Start. We had a total of 16 ladies to network with. Who we love

As a store owner, I am very aware of the quality of service I receive. Im always looking for little things that we can do to add a little extra to our service. So when I come across a great product that is delvivered with exceptional service, I like to share it with everyone.

Recently, I was attending a monthly Kelowna in business meeting and was introduced to Nataliya who owns Phoenix Day Spa. Being the spa lover that I am, I proceeded to inquire about the services she offered and another member informed me that she gave the best massage. So of course I had to check this out, I did my usual investigation of asking around to only receive another great review. I then went on her website, which was very infomative providing the benefits of each service she offered. I called Nataliya and booked an appointment for the next day.

Upon arrival, she inquired about any health issues I may be experiencing, so she could focus her treatment on those areas. During the first part of the massage she determined the areas that needed attention and then proceeded to work on those areas.

This massage was much different than any other I have ever had. You have heard the expression no pain, no gain. Well believe there was alot of pain and I was thinking oh my goodness what am I doing. I thought I was going to be bruised from head to toe when she got done with me. But amazingly, immediately after the treatment, I felt refreshed and relaxed. The feeling was wonderful. I have had endless spa treatments and never felt this good.

After the treatment, Nataliya discussed her finding and provided me with after care advice. I have to say, what a refreshing experience.

The whole treatment lasted over 90 minutes and the cost for this was $75. Well worth the outcome. This is a must try experience.
